Mondelēz International seeks a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment for supported populations, partnering with People Managers and BU TA Leads. You will source top talent, manage candidate experience, and drive process improvements across the recruiting lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the TA Coordinator to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain market insights, and support internal offers as needed, while aligning with MDLZ policies and guidelines.

Formación

• Experience in talent acquisition processes and channels.
• Specialized expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, selling and closing capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities with People Managers.
• Provide market insights and candidate experience throughout hiring process.
• Source candidates across multiple channels and build talent pools for future needs.
• Partner with TA Coordinator to deliver timely recruitment service and meet SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and service quality.
