Mondelēz International in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment for the supported population, partnering with People Managers to understand requirements and drive an excellent candidate experience.

You will use local market knowledge and effective sourcing channels to build talent pools, track performance, and support offers. Collaboration with BU leaders will ensure service delivery aligns with Employee Lifecycle practices.

Formación

• Experience in talent acquisition processes and channels.
• Specialised expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, selling and closing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure service SLAs.
• Partner with People Managers to define requirements and build talent pools.
• Provide market insights and candidate experience with tracking and offers as needed.
• Collaborate with BU TA Lead to drive continuous improvement.
