Job summary

Bridge Solutions Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top talent for our corporate group and external clients in Mexico and the US, delivering strong candidate experience and building relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Empleo Nuevo, and Facebook ads; strong English communication; you will manage end-to-end recruitment from initial contact to onboarding, with weekly updates to hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, administration, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Empleo Nuevo, and Facebook ads.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for our corporate group and external clients, supporting a diverse range of positions including administrative and support roles, customer service, sales, analysts, coordinators, as well as management and leadership positions. Both in Mexico and the US.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry associations.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and reports (weekly) on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring trends.
• Send a biweekly recruitment status update to each Hiring Manager, providing an overview of candidate progress, open positions, and any relevant updates or needs regarding the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions continuously.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, administration, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency using the following sources: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Empleo Nuevo, and Facebook ads.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

What We Offer:

• $22,000- $25,000 pesos per month + bonuses (based on results and quality of candidates).
• Monday- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
