A healthcare consulting firm in Mexico City is seeking a Recruitment Manager to architect recruiting strategies and lead a team. You will play a key role in scaling operations by developing high-quality pipelines and ensuring a great candidate experience. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of recruiting experience, including 2 years in management. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits including bonuses and insurance.

As Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in scaling our Mexico operation. You won’t just manage recruiting — you will architect the strategy, discipline, and performance standards that fuel our continued growth.

You will lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for high-volume, high-quality hiring across multiple service lines. This role requires operational rigor, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder partnership with department leaders to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent aligned with our culture and delivery standards.

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on organizational growth, workforce quality, and long-term scalability.

What You’ll Do
Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
  • Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth targets.
  • Partner with department heads and leadership to understand staffing priorities, timelines, and role requirements.
  • Anticipate workforce needs and proactively build pipelines to reduce time-to-fill.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and performance KPIs.
  • Establish structured processes, SLAs, and accountability standards across the team.
  • Provide feedback, development guidance, and performance evaluations to recruiters.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Maintain a highly organized and transparent recruitment pipeline.
Data, Reporting & Process Optimization
  • Track recruitment performance using data and tools (including Excel).
  • Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.
  • Perform additional leadership-related responsibilities as needed to support business growth.
Quality Analytics & Performance Monitoring
  • Produce summary dashboards and reports to track measure performance and highlight anomalies or trends across clinics.
  • Monitor measure completeness throughout the year and collaborate with quality teams on improvement efforts and documentation clean-up.
Who You Are
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting.
  • 2 years of people management experience.
Skills & Characteristics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and results.
