Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1+ year of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Eightfold AI is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review offer details and prepare letters via DocuSign or email.
• Monitor background checks and drug screens; coordinate start dates.
• Initiate and monitor onboarding; process hires and I-9 where applicable.
• Communicate with candidates by email and SMS during interview and pre-employment.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles in the CRM and manage reimbursements.
• Support relocation and continuous process improvements.
