Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mexico City is seeking a Strategic Recruitment Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive LATAM talent acquisition strategy. You will forecast hiring needs, build workforce plans, and partner with senior leaders to align recruitment with business growth.

You will lead a high‑performing team across multiple countries, optimize processes, implement recruitment tech, and deliver measurable results in time-to-fill and quality hires.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field required.
• 10+ years of recruitment or HR experience with leadership background.
• Tri-lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

Hybrid role: 3+ days in local JLL office per week. Mexico City, Mexico.

Strategic Planning & Business Partnership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives and expansion timelines
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build workforce planning models that support short and long‑term business projections
• Analyze market conditions, competitor landscapes, and talent availability to inform strategic hiring decisions
• Create scalable recruitment processes and systems to support rapid organizational growth
• Build and enhance relationships with HR Business Partners, Internal and External Stakeholders across the entire LATAM region
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies across 20+ countries within LATAM
• Optimize processes, ensure operational excellence and recruitment consistencies aligned with global JLL enterprise strategies and expectations

Specialized Recruitment Lead

• Recruitment efforts for critical roles
• Build and maintain extensive networks within the region
• Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions
• Strategic recruitment oversight and proactive pipeline planning for all roles (functions and levels) hired within LATAM

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing recruitment team
• Establish recruitment metrics, KPIs, and performance standards that drive business results and align with global JLL Talent Acquisition metrics
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities in recruitment
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Oversee in‑region RPO partnerships and manage performance

Process Innovation & Technology

• Implement cutting‑edge recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
• Design and optimize recruitment workflows that can scale with business growth
• Leverage data analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and reduce time‑to‑hire
• Establish talent pipeline management systems and maintain proactive candidate pools

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as primary point of contact between hiring managers and the recruitment team
• Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment progress, market conditions, and talent availability
• Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance company visibility
• Build relationships with external partners including staffing agencies, RPOs, universities, and professional organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of recruitment or HR experience
• 5+ years of recruiting or HR leadership experience
• Tri‑lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese
• Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment operations in high‑growth environments
• Deep understanding of business operations, technologies, and the competitive talent landscape
• Experience leading recruitment teams and managing complex, multi‑location hiring initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for strategic decision‑making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
