Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Mexico is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design Gen AI models and intelligent agents for automating legal workflows. You will collaborate with Legal stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to deliver scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include building AI-powered tooling for contract analysis, risk assessment, document generation, and dashboards, while ensuring data security and compliance across enterprise platforms

Formación

• Experience in AI/Gen AI or related ML roles.
• Familiarity with legal processes or enterprise tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Legal leaders and stakeholders to analyze legal processes and identify automation opportunities using generative AI.
• Architect, develop, and deploy Gen AI models and intelligent agents for legal workflow automation, contract analysis, risk assessment, and document generation.
• Create dashboards and AI-driven reporting tools to enable data-driven decisions and monitor usage, performance, and compliance.
• Integrate Gen AI solutions with ERP systems, CLM, data lakes via RESTful APIs and other methods.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and stay updated on emerging Gen AI technologies.
