Job summary

SKINTIFIC in Mexico City is seeking an HR professional to own the market's talent operations and work closely with the General Director and HQ.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and corporate roles, manage onboarding, ensure labor compliance under LFT, and report KPIs to international leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, advanced English, and the ability to operate as the sole HR function in the country while driving the employer brand.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of TA experience in FMCG/beauty preferred.
• Expert in labor regulations (LFT and NOM-035).
• Strong English (C1) required for Asia collaboration.
• Experience reporting KPIs to international stakeholders.

SKINTIFIC is a global skincare brand with a strong presence in Asia and growing fast in Mexico. We are looking for an HR professional to take ownership of the market’s talent operations and keep building them alongside the General Director and our HQ team.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and corporate roles (KAM, KAE, Trade Marketing, among others): intake with hiring managers, LinkedIn sourcing, competency-based interviews (STAR) and evaluation matrices.
• Prepare compensation comparisons (total comp and compa ratio), offer proposals and offer letters for leadership approval.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and all hiring documentation.
• Ensure labor compliance in the market: employment contracts under the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Internal Work Regulations, privacy notices (LFPDPPP) and NOM-035.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs (time to fill, SLA compliance, quality of hire) weekly to the General Director and HQ.
• Act as the HR point of contact for the local team on employee relations, internal policies and workplace climate.
• Drive SKINTIFIC’s employer brand in Mexico.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in FMCG, beauty or skincare.
• Solid knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) and current labor regulations.
• Advanced English (C1), since you will work daily with teams in Asia.
• Experience reporting KPIs and SLAs to international stakeholders.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Excel.
• Ability to operate as the sole HR function in the country, with good judgment on when to elevate.

Role KPIs

• Time to fill of 30 to 35 business days per position.
• 100% compliance with the hiring SLA.
• Complete, LFT-compliant documentation for every new hire.
• Weekly progress report to leadership and HQ.
