Bombardier in Mexico (Aerospace Mexico, B.A.M) is seeking an Intern to support Organization Learning coordination. You will schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain training records while engaging with internal customers and leaders to ensure program success.

The role emphasizes English proficiency, Excel/Outlook expertise, and strong organizational skills in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Outlook; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules training based on customer needs and with Learning Business Partners and TLAs.
• Forecasts calendars, attendance, and trainer capacity.
• Sends invitations via Outlook and follows up with Leaders.
• Coordinates logistics for training resources.
• Maintains training records and attendance in platforms.
• Manages suppliers and internal customers' training requirements.
• Supports analysis of performance indicators for the area.
• Manages communications with internal customers.
