Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Computer Science student to work with local GEIQ Business Solutions Team, generating and facilitating digital web-based solutions to fulfill Engineering, Operations and Finances teams' needs.

You will generate software and data solutions (dashboards), develop business web applications, collaborate with the development team to optimize performance, apply Agile/Scrum principles, and manage tasks with documentation.

Qualifications

• Studying bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or related fields with minimum 1 year before graduating.
• Knowledge of Full Stack Web Development Languages and Frameworks (HTML5, JS, CSS3, Angular, Node.js)
• Familiarity in Version Control Systems
• Scripting and Automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong SQL Knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Manage multiple tasks with ability to prioritize activities and promptly raise blocking issues
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
