ADP is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in our Mexico City office. This role serves as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Spanish-speaking Latin America, supporting hiring strategies and talent acquisition initiatives across multiple countries in the region (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru).

In this position, you'll attract top talent to ADP by implementing best practices in recruiting strategy.

Formación

• Bilingual, English & Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• 5 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant HR experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple Spanish-speaking LATAM countries and partnering with regional stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, managing large or complex vacancy volumes, and driving hiring projects.
• Interest in employer branding and partnering with leadership to drive hiring initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Knowledge of local employment law (Mexico plus LATAM).

Responsabilidades

• Drive implementation and execution of best practices in behavioral-based interviewing and recruiting strategy across LATAM markets.
• Manage large and/or complex requisitions using the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and completing hiring.
• Proactively identify and recruit top talent; leverage social media to connect with talent pools.
• Partner with business leaders across multiple LATAM countries to deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Innovate processes to deliver a consistent and effective candidate experience across diverse geographies and stakeholders.

What You'll Do to Drive the Process

• Drive implementation and execution of best practices in behavioral based interviewing and recruiting strategy across LATAM markets.
• Put your agility and time management skills to work while managing large and/or complex req. volumes and using the Full Cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and completing hiring process

What You Need To Do The Job (Education/Experience/Critical Skills)

• Bilingual, English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus!
• 5 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant experience in HR.
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple Spanish-speaking Latin American countries and partnering with stakeholders in a regional environment.
• A top-notch track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, managing large or complex vacancy volumes, and executing projects with excellence.
• Interest in working on employer branding.
• Experience partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
• Knowledge of local employment law (ideally Mexico plus other Spanish Speaking Latam countries).
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
