North American Production Sharing, Inc. in Tijuana is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on posting and managing openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field and at least 2 years in recruitment, with strong English skills and proficiency across sourcing channels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience recruiting administrative, professional, and mid-level management positions.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and recruitment process management.

Responsabilidades

• Post and manage job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
