Job summary

GPV Group in Mexico is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for operational and administrative roles, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.

You will partner with internal leaders to define candidate profiles, select top talent, manage relationships with head-hunters, monitor recruitment KPIs, and implement continuous improvements to talent acquisition, delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition (direct and indirect).
• Experience working with head-hunters.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and hands-on execution in recruiting.
