Capgemini in Mexico is hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Advisor to manage recruitment for client projects, source candidates, review resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will maintain trackers and provide timely communication to candidates, ensuring an excellent experience. Availability to travel and work at client sites is required in this global role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1 or higher).
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel and work from the client's site as required.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition Business Advisors are responsible for activities related to attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the recruitment needs of an organization. They work under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand the company's hiring requirements and to support the development of effective recruitment strategies. They maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including candidate records, interview feedback, and other relevant recruitment metrics. They act as a single point of contact and are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates.
