Empresa Confidencial is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and strategic roles in Saltillo, Mexico. You will partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, source candidates via LinkedIn and digital channels, and conduct rigorous interviews and assessments to ensure top-tier hires.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related field, 5+ years in recruitment, advanced English, and willingness to travel.

• Advanced English proficiency.
