Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab seeks a highly driven T&A & Payroll Implementation Project Lead to steer end-to-end T&A and payroll system implementations. You will report to the global team and coordinate with Strada, Workday, and external providers.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage risk, align stakeholders across global leadership, HR, IT and operations, and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to BAU while maintaining compliance and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Time & Attendance (T&A) and Payroll implementations within global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Strada as payroll/vendor partner, plus Workday and Workforce Management platforms.
• Advanced/fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience managing weekly and bi-weekly payroll operations.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder leadership, and project governance skills.
• End-to-end thinking, accountability, ownership for outcomes.
• Comfort with fast-moving, evolving environment; collaborative, low-ego culture.

The role

We are looking for a highly driven and accountable T&A & Payroll Implementation Project Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation and integration of our Time & Attendance (T&A) systems and payroll operations. In this role, you will lead complex implementation projects from initiation through hypercare, reporting directly to the global team and collaborating closely with key business stakeholders and external providers, specifically Strada. What you'll be responsible for

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead the full project life cycle (T&A and Payroll implementation) from initiation through cutover, hypercare stabilization, and transition to Business As Usual (BAU).
• Vendor & Integration Management: Oversee strategic relationships with external vendors-specific Strada-and system integrators to coordinate robust integrations across Workday, T&A, and Payroll platforms.
• Operational Alignment: Ensure seamless weekly and bi-weekly payroll operations and data validation prior to production deployment, aligning attendance and payroll outputs.
• Proactive Stakeholder Engagement: Actively manage relationships across Global Leadership, HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and Factory Management, ensuring global standards are aligned with local requirements.
• Solution & Process Design: Oversee process mapping, requirement gathering, and gap analysis for joiners, movers, leavers, shift planning, attendance, leave management, and overtime calculations.
• Testing, Quality & Risk Assessment: Define SIT, UAT, and Parallel Runs, driving proactive risk management, issue mitigation, and strict compliance with local labor regulations, audit, and data privacy standards.
• Change Management & Governance: Facilitate business readiness, training programs, communication strategies, and user adoption while maintaining project governance standards.

We're looking for someone who

• Has strong experience leading Time & Attendance (T&A) and Payroll implementations within complex, global organizations.
• Demonstrates hands-on experience working with Strada as a payroll/vendor partner, alongside systems such as Workday and Workforce Management platforms.
• Possesses advanced/fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) to report directly to global leadership and manage international stakeholders seamlessly.
• Demonstrates proven expertise in managing weekly and bi-weekly payroll operations.
• Brings strong skills in risk assessment, proactive stakeholder management, leadership, and project governance.
• Thinks end-to-end, demonstrates high accountability, and takes full ownership for project outcomes and operational stability.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization and values collaboration, clarity, and low-ego ways of working.
