BULL-IT SOLUTIONS LTD in Chihuahua is looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripherals within established standards. You will perform IMAC services, support mobile devices, and assist with audio-visual setups for meetings and events.

Key duties include L1 network troubleshooting for LAN connectivity, help desk incident resolution, inventory management, liaising with vendors, and ensuring SLA adherence.

Formación

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software within established standards and guidelines.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting and resolution.
• IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets and support mobile devices.
• VIP support with tailored, high-touch service and manage audio-visual, conferencing, and technologies.
• L1 level network troubleshooting and resolution for LAN Connectivity.
• Knowledge of Office 365 support.

Responsabilidades

• Hands and feet support to the Backend team for Network/Server/application issues.
• Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues.
• Labelling racks and devices; server mounting and movement.
• Network and sharing printer installation; DHCP and DNS knowledge.
