Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sustainability Analyst within the CBRE Business Services Organisation to support the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team.

The role sits in the Program Management function, delivering strategic programs, routine PMO reports, and data-driven insights to help CBRE's sustainability initiatives succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute routine reports.
• Distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
• Use aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete evaluation and improvement.
• Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.
• Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.
• Collect project schedules based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
