• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

• Maintain and distribute routine reports.
• Distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
• Use aggregate data from multiple sources to evaluate and improve programs.
• Learn key systems and processes including knowledge transfer to teams.
• Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.
• Collect project schedules based on input from team members and update for schedule slippage.
