CommScope in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking a Manager Senior, Facilities to lead maintenance, MRO, TPM, and engineering support for plant operations.

You will plan work, manage capital projects, monitor energy use, ensure safety, and maintain documentation. The role requires multi-site experience and strong English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electromechanical).
• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in the management and maintenance of manufacturing facilities.
• Multi-site experience.
• Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Systems.
• English proficiency at least 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Building Maintenance, MRO, TPM, and Housekeeping departments.
• Lead and communicate company direction to supervisors.
• Ensure safety-related compliance across all staff.
• Oversee layout changes, equipment installations, and expansions.
• Monitor utility costs and propose energy-saving alternatives.
• Ensure availability of manuals, drawings, software, and documentation.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized tasks.
• Develop capital plans for equipment and facility improvements.
• Support operations as needed and ensure QMS compliance.
