LEGO Group en Monterrey busca un Técnico de Operación y Mantenimiento con al menos 3 años de experiencia en HVAC y sistemas industriales.

El rol implica realizar operaciones, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, registrar actividades y gestionar órdenes de trabajo con foco en seguridad y eficiencia.

Qualifications

• Formación técnica completa en áreas relacionadas con HVAC y mantenimiento industrial.
• Experiencia en operación y mantenimiento de sistemas HVAC y chillers.
• Conocimientos en interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.

Responsibilities

• Ejecutar tareas de operación, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo según órdenes de trabajo.
• Registrar y cerrar actividades en el sistema de gestión de activos (LOM).
• Apertura y cierre de órdenes de trabajo, documentando tiempo y refacciones utilizadas.
• Coordinar con líderes para atender emergencias y mejoras identificadas.

Job description

Education, Experience and Skills

Educación: Carrera Técnica Terminada Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Refrigeración y Aire acondicionado, mantenimiento industrial o afines.

Experiencia: Conocimientos en la Operación y Mantenimiento 3 años de experiencia trabajando en áreas de:

• Operación y Mantenimiento Industrial y/o Facilities.

Habilidades:

Conocimiento:

• Operación y Mantenimiento de Sistemas de HVAC (Manejadoras deAire de la marca: Trane, Carrier, York, Novenco, Lindab, System Air, Trox etc)
• Interpretación de Diagramas Eléctricos, Neumáticos, Hidráulicos, Control, Electrónicos, etc.
• Operación y Mantenimiento a Chillers con Amoniaco.
• Experiencia comprobada en mantenimiento mecánico y operación de chillers tipo reciprocantes y de tornillo. (Instalación de Kits A, B y C)
• Cambio de pistones, anillos de compresión, bielas, cojinetes, pernos, bujes, candados etc.

Actividades:

Ejecutar las tareas de operación, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, checklist y puntos de medición de los equipos asignados de acuerdo con las órdenes de trabajo Preventivo, Correctivo y Predictivo en LOM.

Asegurar la captura y cierre detareas asignadas en el sistema de gestión de activos.

Apertura y cierre de ordenes de trabajo, colocando el tiempo invertido en cada trabajo y refacciones utilizadas.

Requerimiento de refacciones a través del sistema de gestión de activos, derivadas del mantenimiento preventivo, mantenimiento correctivo y o mejoras identificadas.

Cumplir con el programa mensual de mantenimiento asignado al100%, incluyendo Check List y Process Confirmation del TPM.

Atender a los clientes y usuarios (internos y externos) de los servicios de WS&O asegurando una comunicación efectiva con sus respectivos lideres.

Responsable del Seguimiento de Cierre de SAT’s,i ncidentes/Hallazgos de Seguridad.

Participación en la brigada y los simulacros de respuestas a Emergencia con amoniaco

Participación en juntas de operaciones y juntas de proyectos.
