LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Accounting Specialist to help develop a high-performing General Ledger department within Business Service Operations. You will support US and Canadian transactions with high-quality, customer-focused execution of GL processes and stakeholder management.
This permanent role involves strengthening GL processes, payroll accounting with a focus on quality, and building trusted relationships with business areas and internal partners.

As our Accounting Specialist, you'll help develop a high-performing General Ledger department within Business Service Operations. You'll support the LEGO® team through consistent, high-quality and customer-focused execution of General Ledger processes and stakeholder management.
This is a permanent role.
Take responsibility for accounting and controlling activities covering United States and Canadian transactions. Manage payroll accounting with a consistent focus on quality. Strengthen General Ledger processes within Business Service Operations. Provide reliable, customer-focused execution for internal stakeholders. Help shape a department that values process excellence and development.

You’ll join Business Service Operations, a shared service center delivering employee and finance services to the LEGO Group from Monterrey, Prague, Singapore and China. It’s a collaborative environment where you’ll help improve how the team works while bringing positive energy to everyday tasks. You’ll communicate clearly, build trusted relationships and influence partners through reliable work and practical insights.
You’ll build confidence in the accounting and controlling of United States and Canadian transactions while developing strong payroll accounting routines. Success means delivering consistent General Ledger processes and dependable stakeholder support. You’ll work closely with Payroll, People Places and Culture, and partners supporting the United States and Canadian scope.
