LEGO Group en Monterrey busca un profesional para garantizar la adecuada integración y/o implementación del Sistema QEHS en procesos operativos. Será responsable de asignar recursos y apoyar de forma proactiva, demostrando liderazgo en QEHS dentro de su área.

El candidato cumple con requisitos legales QEHS y estándares, garantiza moldes en condiciones adecuadas y comparte lecciones aprendidas con el Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico. Se valora capacidad de coordinación y mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

• Integrar e implementar el Sistema QEHS en procesos operativos.
• Asignar recursos para la gestión del QEHS en la zona.
• Proporcionar apoyo y demostrar liderazgo en QEHS.
• Cumplir con requisitos legales y estándares QEHS.
• Mantener moldes LEGO en condiciones adecuadas previo a su lanzamiento.
• Participar en reuniones del departamento y documentar mejoras.

Descripción del empleo

Job Description .Responsabilizarse de la adecuada integración y/o implementación del Sistema QEHS en los procesos operativos de su área y asegurar su efectividad. Asignar los recursos necesarios para la gestión del sistema QEHS en la zona. Proporcione apoyo, participe proactivamente y demuestre liderazgo en QEHS en su área. Cumplir con los requisitos legales QEHS, estándares (Externos/internos) y otros aplicables a su área • Mantener los moldes LEGO en condiciones adecuadas antes de su lanzamiento para garantizar un resultado de producción fiable. Participación activa en las reuniones del departamento para dar un seguimiento adecuado a los moldes. Documentar cada mejora encontrada en un molde (lecciones aprendidas) y asegurar que se comparta con el Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico.
