As a Supply Chain Specialist in our Global Fulfilment team, you will play an important role in turning data into decisions, improving processes, and enabling better performance across our global network.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both driving improvements and ensuring the operational discipline needed to make those improvements sustainable. You will work across functions, countries, and cultures, collaborating with stakeholders from Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, IT, and Shared Services.

Success means helping teams make better data-driven decisions, embedding consistent ways of working, and creating solutions that become part of how Danfoss operates globally. What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives that enhance inventory performance, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency across factories and distribution sites.


• Analyze business and supply chain data using tools such as SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints, challenge existing processes, and implement sustainable improvements.


• Support the expansion and continuous development of segmentation practices while helping establish them as an integrated part of our fulfilment processes.


• Facilitate performance reviews, process governance, and continuous improvement activities that strengthen our global supply chain capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience.


• Experience working with data analytics and translating insights into practical business improvements.


• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and organizational levels.


• A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, advanced Excel, or similar planning and analytics tools, combined with excellent English communication skills.
