Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Planner Scheduler to plan, schedule and prioritize resources for customer projects. The role involves manufacturing production scheduling for ETO activities, ensuring load balance across product families and load centers with finite capacity.

You will update supply and stock parameters, manage order milestones, and balance workload weekly. Experience in inventory and supply planning, plus proficiency with Kinaxis, SAP or SSP, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in SC Planning environment.
• Strong experience in Inventory & supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and prioritizes resources to execute Customer Projects.
• Runs manufacturing production scheduling for ETO plant & solutions activities.
• Ensures update of key parameters of supply and stock management.
• Puts order milestones as late as possible based on customer needs and schedules tasks from order entry to shipping.
• Balances global workload weekly and allows changes during the week for order release.
• Applies LTO as defined by Offer Manager and highlights SCM/tendering if deviations.
• Assigns load centers to tasks ensuring reliable workload and capacity management.
• Supervises production order/Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for the plant.
• Participates in planning SIM and complete load/capacity Excel sheet.
