Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Planner Scheduler in Querétaro to plan, schedule, and prioritize resources for customer projects. You will balance workload, align product families across load centers with finite capacity, and keep supply/stock parameters updated.

The role involves detailed task scheduling from order entry to shipping, capacity planning, and contributing to continuous flow improvements. A background in SC planning and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in SC Planning environment.
• Strong experience in Inventory & supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and prioritizes resources to execute Customer Projects.
• Runs the Manufacturing production scheduling for ETO plant & solutions activities.
• Ensures load balance and synchronization of product families with finite capacity.
• Updates key parameters of supply and stock management.
• Puts milestones of orders, schedules tasks from entry to shipping for each project.
• Balances global workload weekly and allows changes during the week for order release.
• Applies LTO as defined by Offer Manager and notes deviations for SCM.
• Uses defined families to assign reliable workload to each load center (capacity management).
• Key role in Flow Continuous Improvement Management.
• Supervises production order/Lead Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Participates in planning SIM and completes load/capacity Excel sheets.
• Schedules tasks of manufacturing line, assigns load centers (including bottlenecks), and participates in Kick-Off meetings.
