Job summary

Schneider Electric in Reynosa is seeking a Production Planner to schedule and sequence production, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced operation. You will create and maintain detailed schedules, analyze workflows, and partner with production and supply chain teams to resolve conflicts and improve efficiency.

The role requires a related bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of planning experience, ERP familiarity (JD Edwards preferred; Oracle or SAP acceptable), and advanced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in production planning.
ERP experience: JD Edwards preferred; Oracle, SAP, or similar systems are also acceptable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including filters, macros, and other advanced Excel functions.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed production schedules that maximize resource utilization and meet delivery targets
Analyze workflows and adjust sequences to reduce downtime and boost operational output
Monitor schedule performance and adapt plans in response to shifting priorities and constraints
Partner with production and supply chain teams to identify conflicts and implement effective solutions
