Job summary

Harbour Energy is seeking a senior Subsurface Lead in Mexico to deliver technical subsurface support across petrophysics, geology and geomechanics for offshore campaigns. You will own well planning, data interpretation and modelling, collaborating with Wells teams and BU subsurface groups.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. The role requires 12+ years in E&P with offshore experience, English proficiency, and a degree in Earth Sciences or Petroleum Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences, Petroleum Engineering or Geomechanics.
• Graduate or post-graduate qualifications in Earth Sciences, Petroleum Engineering or Geomechanics; membership of professional associations.
• English: Proficient; Spanish: Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the Subsurface Support team for petrophysics, geology and geomechanics.
• Oversee geological operations planning and data acquisition for offshore campaigns.
• Provide high-quality PPFG and wellbore stability pre-drill modelling.
• Manage reporting, data delivery and analysis for projects.
• Ensure regulatory communication and compliance with Harbour Energy procedures.
