Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Completions operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Hands-on experience in Sand Control operations is required.
• Experience with gravel pack, frac pack, screen completions, and sand control systems is highly preferred.
• Candidates with Cemented Liner Hangers experience will be considered.
• Experience offshore and with major operators is preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing field operations and service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute Sand Control operations safely, efficiently, and per customer requirements.
• Support planning, preparation, and execution of completion programs for sand control systems.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in job risk assessments, technical reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams during service delivery and wellsite execution.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and support Service Quality and HSE initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships during project execution.
• Provide technical support during operational troubleshooting and post-job evaluations.
