Qualifications

  • 15+ years of HRBP/Labour Matters/HR Operations experience.
  • Experience with workforce integration challenges in complex environments.
  • Track record of managing employee relations in unionized and non-union contexts.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Law; MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations across Harbour Energy's MX unit and ensure compliance.
  • Manage grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
  • Develop policies and frameworks aligned with corporate standards.
  • Support organizational change initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
