Job summary

Harbour Energy in Villahermosa, MX, is seeking a Finance/Cost Analyst to support budgeting, cost tracking and reporting for a key project. You will interact with Operations, Accounting, Tax and Legal to ensure accurate spending and compliance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and at least 2 years in oil and gas contracting or similar environments, with a focus on cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in oil and gas contracts is desirable.
• Proficiency with SAP and Excel.
• Strong budgeting, cost analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budget preparation and monitoring for various contracts.
• Monitor Opex and Capex with budget adherence and inventory tracking.
• Prepare joint venture statements and cash calls where applicable.
• Assist in month-end close and JV accounting processes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Tax and Legal departments.
