Job summary

Halliburton Reforma in Chiapas, Mexico is seeking an experienced Subsea Safety Systems professional to coordinate TSS PSL work at well sites, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong safety practices. The role requires deepwater operations knowledge and hands-on leadership of service crews.

You will plan and execute detailed job calculations, supervise crew activities, promote quality improvements, and ensure HMS/HSE compliance while developing junior staff and driving cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, or related to the oil and gas industry.
• 5+ years of experience in running Subsea Safety Systems, Subsea Landing String Assemblies inclusive of Direct Hydraulic and Electro-Hydraulic Controls.
• Actively promotes and participates in quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Testing & Subsea (TSS) Subsea Safety Systems (SSS) product service line work at the well site and maintain customer relations.
• Plan and perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
• Direct activities of service operators during equipment rig up/rig down and prepare equipment for jobs.
• Provide coaching and input on individual performance levels of subordinates and promote on-the-job skills development.
• Promote HSE standards and process improvement initiatives within the assigned country or area.
