Banamex in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Service Specialist to ensure excellent customer service from client arrival to departure. You will coordinate branch operations, promote bank products, and manage resources with a focus on exceptional client experiences.

The role requires 2-4 years in customer service or sales within branches and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is an on-site position in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or referencing in branches.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Attention and Operation Model in Branch.
• Promote the Bank's products and services and encourage self-service use.
• Coordinate branch resources and staff.
• Contribute to risk control and security functions with designated personnel.
• Provide exceptional client experiences measured by metrics.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; escalate issues.
