Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or referencing in branches.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the Attention and Operation Model in Branch.
• Promote the Bank's products and services in the clients' yard and encourage self-service usage.
• Coordinate material resources and branch personnel.
• Contribute to branch control and security functions with designated staff.
• Meet client needs while delivering exceptional client experience, measured by metrics.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policy and ethical conduct.
