Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Strategy BP Intern to support strategic planning and cross‑functional decision‑making across ride‑hailing, delivery and mobility services. You will help translate senior leadership strategy into measurable initiatives that drive revenue growth and cost optimization.

You’ll work with the Strategy & Business Planning team to build financial and operational models, monitor KPI trajectories, and prepare concise briefings for senior management and steering committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field.
• Ability to build and interpret models in Excel and manipulate large datasets with SQL or Python.
• Strategic thinking with experience translating market research into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive presentations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform strategy and target settings.
• Develop and maintain financial/operational models to forecast outcomes of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, operations and regional teams to design pilots and evaluate results.
• Synthesize internal and external data into clear insights using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior management and steering committees.
• Track KPI progress, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
