DiDi is seeking a Strategy and Engagement Sr. Analyst to transform strategic growth initiatives into scalable operational workflows within DiDi Food and adjacent services.

You will bridge high‑level strategy and ground execution by partnering with Product and Field Operations to implement, scale, and iterate cross‑functional initiatives that boost efficiency and sustainable growth. You will translate data into actionable recommendations, build automated dashboards, and deliver executive‑level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Analytical skills with SQL and Excel; build quantitative models.
• Experience with Python and visualization tools for experiments.
• Track record of leading cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for exec‑level reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Optimization & Analytics to reduce cost-to-serve and lower order cancellation rates.
• Lead Pilot Execution & Scaling with Product and Supply teams to optimize dispatch logic and onboarding workflows.
• Own Performance Management & Executive Reporting; build dashboards and track SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage Cross-Functional Projects End-to-End with strict timelines and risk mitigation.
• Champion Process Automation & Scalability with Product and Local Ops for scalable regional growth.
