  • Partner with product, operations, and regional business teams to design and monitor pilot programs, defining success metrics and producing post-pilot evaluation reports that recommend scale/no-scale decisions.

  • Prepare concise briefings and presentation materials for senior management and cross-functional steering committees to support priority-setting, resource allocation, and strategic trade-offs.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives through dashboards and periodic reviews, flagging risks, identifying root causes for deviations, and proposing corrective actions to meet KPI targets.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic projects such as new market entry analysis, pricing strategy tests, and partnership evaluations, producing recommendations with quantified revenue and cost implications.
Role Qualifications
  • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Analytical skills: Proven ability to build and interpret operational models in Excel and to manipulate large datasets using SQL or Python for business insights.
  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrated experience synthesizing market research and internal data into clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and dashboards using PowerPoint and visualization tools (Tableau/Looker).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Comfortable working with product, ops, finance, and regional teams in a fast-paced matrix environment and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Results orientation: Track record of delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue uplift, cost reduction, improved retention) through data-driven initiatives or pilots.
  • Personal qualities: High intellectual curiosity, bias for action, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining professional integrity and respect for diverse teams.
