DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Intern to support budget management, financial analysis, and vendor coordination across marketing, finance, and procurement teams. You will help automate processes and generate insights to improve decision making.

You will gain exposure to how a large marketing organization operates, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and accuracy in budgets and procurement activities.

• Pursuing a degree in a related field with interest in forecasting and budget processes.
• Strong comfort with numbers and data analytics.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Support budget management and tracking for marketing spend.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor processes including POs and contracts.
• Assist billing, reconciliation and payment processes.
• Maintain operational controls and trackers to flag risks and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Legal to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes using data and AI.
