Formación

• 2–4 years of proven data analytics or strategy experience in tech or high-growth settings.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as analytical engine for regional leadership delivering data-backed recommendations.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python/R to surface growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs and report regional performance against targets.
• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and commercial teams to streamline workflows.
• Craft and present data narratives to help senior leaders make decisions.
