Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Mexico City is seeking a Relationship Service Manager (RSM) to proactively manage client servicing for a portfolio and act as the primary contact for clients and internal colleagues. You will collaborate with Local Relationship Managers to grow long-term client relationships and ensure timely delivery of client solutions while maintaining HSBC control standards.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and experience

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Banking operations and its products/services.
• Relevant work experience supporting Relationship Managers or Sales teams in a financial institution.
• Relevant credit application and credit monitoring experience (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to manage varied workload and prioritise under pressure.
• Strong communication across Business units.

Responsibilities

• Draft reports, letters, memos, and assist in performance reports for Relationship Managers.
• Compile internal returns / analysis in support of the team.
• Support Relationship Managers with ad hoc tasks.
• Provide timely responses to client queries.
• Build effective relationships across Banking staff, client servicing, product and operations teams.
• Produce accurate output efficiently.
• Demonstrate fairness in decision making.
• Avoid un-escalated workflow delays.
