DoorDash is seeking a Workforce Planner to develop and scale support staffing plans in the Phoenix area. You will forecast monthly, weekly, and hourly needs and drive improvements in forecast accuracy, reporting, and staff utilization for a fast-paced, 24/7 operation.

You will partner with Real Time Analysts and cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve speed, quality and customer experience, from data digging in Excel/SQL to budgeting and timeline execution.

Formación

• Analytical and data driven approach with comfort in deep data analysis.
• Ability to tackle complex problems and build new solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4+ years of post-grad experience across diverse settings.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain capacity models at monthly, weekly, and interval levels for a 24/7 operation.
• Forecast contacts based on delivery volume, onboarding, and trends.
• Analyze historical data to provide actionable insights for improvements.
• Guide short-term staffing adjustments to fill current gaps.
• Collaborate with Real Time Analysts to monitor demand and outages.
• Develop seasonality trends and report on performance metrics.
• Use data to drive speed, quality, and customer experience improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and measure impact.
