DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Forecasting Workforce Management team. You will drive projects to scale global operations, optimize processes, and deliver cost savings through data-driven improvements.

Expect collaboration with Data Science, BI, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to influence outcomes. You will design metrics, build dashboards, and read ETL pipelines to bridge data with business needs.

Formación

• Masters Degree in a quantitative field OR a Bachelors in a quantitative field +2yrs of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Quicksight, Looker; familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
• Ability to read an ETL pipeline and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.
• Ability to design new metrics and collaborate with Data Scientists.
• Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with Operations and Finance to influence outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with individual contributors and senior leaders.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required to manage daily activities, meetings, reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage processes and timelines, communicating to Senior leadership partners with accountability.
• Own GSIO business outcomes by driving initiatives across technical teams like Data Science and BI.
• Create BI dashboards and datasets within tight timelines to address immediate needs.
• Lead demand planning processes for designated business lines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation with data-driven enhancements.
• Streamline and scale planning processes to fit growth and scalability goals.
