DoorDash is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Forecasting Workforce Management team. You will drive projects to scale global operations, optimize processes, and develop cost-saving solutions.

Formación

• Masters degree in a quantitative field or Bachelor’s in a quantitative field + 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and building dashboards with BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Quicksight, Looker; familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus.
• Read an ETL pipeline and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage processes & timelines; communicate to Senior leadership to ensure accountability.
• Own GSIO business outcomes by driving initiatives across technical teams like Data Science and BI.
• Craft BI dashboards and datasets within tight timelines to address immediate needs.
• Take the lead in managing the demand planning process for designated business lines.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and automation.
• Streamline and scale the planning process to align with growth and scalability objectives.
