DoorDash is seeking a Senior Analyst, Demand Planning & Analytics to join the Forecasting Workforce Management team within GSIO. You will drive projects to scale global operations, optimize processes, and deliver cost-saving solutions through data-driven insights.

You will design and implement SQL-based analyses, build BI dashboards, and bridge data requirements with business partners across Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience. Advanced English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's in a quantitative field with related experience.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and BI dashboard skills across multiple tools.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with data/engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage processes and timelines; communicate with senior leadership.
• Own GSIO business outcomes by driving initiatives across technical teams.
• Craft BI dashboards and datasets to address urgent needs.
• Lead demand planning for designated business lines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and data-driven enhancements.
• Scale and streamline planning processes to fit growth objectives.
