Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

• Own the P&L for multiple categories and vendors, hitting top and bottom line targets.
• Develop strategic relationships with new and existing suppliers to gain insights into trends and products.
• Drive winning negotiations and represent Amazon with vendor senior leadership.
• Lead a cross-functional team, including Marketing, In-Stock, and Amazon Advertising, to drive results.
• Continuously audit to improve the customer experience and business performance.
