Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Wireless Vendor Specialist to build and grow partnerships with brand partners, drive pricing, selection and promotional programs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in one of Latin America’s most dynamic retail markets.

You will analyze sales data, negotiate terms, expand the product catalog, and collaborate with supply chain, marketing and finance to move the business forward from day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain.
• Experience working in a cross-functional or client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial relationship with assigned brand partners, including contract creation, cost audits, and promotional program execution.
• Analyze sales performance metrics - pricing, selection, availability - to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Monitor customer reviews, traffic data, and competitor activity to surface pain points and recommend solutions.
• Identify selection opportunities and work with vendors to expand the product catalog on Amazon.
• Educate brand partners on tools, programs, and best practices to improve their performance on the platform.
• Support the design and launch of promotional campaigns; review results and adjust as needed.
• Contribute to the team's strategic planning by identifying growth opportunities and sharing upward recommendations.
• Build and maintain process documentation to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.
• Continuously develop expertise in the Wireless category and share learnings with the broader team.
