Job summary

Molex leads a training and development function in its Manufacturing Operations to drive continuous improvement. As Lead Trainer, you will shape staff learning programs, analyze needs, and partner with leaders to build capability and certification readiness for high‑quality production in Mexico.

You will oversee annual learning plans, manage training partners, monitor program impact, and ensure compliance with Lean, 5S, and EHS standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, including curriculum design and needs analysis.
• Experience evaluating training vendors and managing partnerships.
• Proficient with LMS and delivering leadership development programs.
• Strong leadership, training, and management capabilities.
• English communication at B2 level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and deliver strategies for capability building.
• Identify training needs through data analysis and tailor solutions.
• Develop and support annual learning plans aligned to goals.
• Source and manage internal/external training providers.
• Measure impact with KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a network of trainers and SMEs for training excellence.
• Support regulatory training compliance and Lean/5S/EHS initiatives.
• Enforce certification standards to ensure safe production.
