Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, inventory control, and delivery execution.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily logistics activities across receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Traffic, Purchasing, Quality, Operations.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, freight costs.
• Develop and coach logistics personnel.
• Drive compliance with safety, customs, trade, and customer requirements.
• Support inventory control activities like cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Promote Lean, 5S, Kaizen and problem-solving initiatives.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
