Molex is seeking a driven Molding Manager to lead our molding operations and drive excellence in safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will oversee IMM operations, coach a cross-functional team, and align processes with production schedules and customer specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Experience leading molding operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar leadership role within high-volume, high-mix production.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality systems and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Injection Molding Machine (IMM) operations to meet production schedules and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications through effective quality control processes.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
• Develop, coach, and inspire a cross-functional team, including Production Supervisors, Tool Room Supervisors, and Process Engineering leaders.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and employee growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost improvement.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Collaborate closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to support key business and operational metrics.
• Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.
