PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Professional Recruiter focused on professional hiring to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to develop strategic plans and ensure a positive candidate experience.

This role combines talent sourcing, employer branding, data-driven decision making and process excellence to support PepsiCo's talent acquisition goals while upholding global policies and DEI standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of recruitment methodologies and interviewing techniques.
• Experience with recruitment marketing and multi-channel sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring plans and job requirements.
• Source and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessments.
• Advise managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and inclusive hiring.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
